The villa has two double bedrooms but can easily accommodate six by using the double pull out in the self-contained lounge.

The accommodation is on three floors with the lounge and a bathroom on the ground floor and two further bedrooms and the second bathroom on the middle floor.

There is a covered yet open sided roof terrace offering truly spectacular views over the island. Just perfect for a relaxing sundowner.

The kitchen is fitted with all you will need with a dining table for six.

The villa has a 5m pool and deck area offering spectacular views and privacy.

Sun loungers and parasol are provided.

Open fire restrictions mean the villa has a large gas BBQ and outside terrace and shaded dining area. 

Lefkada island is largely unspoiled and is especially sought after by boaters and sun lovers alike.

The restaurants offer up local specialities and an abundance of fish and meats.

A favourite activity for many is to rent a small speedboat to visit the nearby islands of Meganissi and Kalamos. You do not need a licence to rent a 30hp speedboat, and we are able to offer a discounted rental of just €90 for a day. Don’t worry, you will be given a lesson!

If you have a UK boat licence you can rent a bigger boat with a 140hp open boat to venture even further to Kafalonia and Ithica for €180 per day.

Another option is to rent a large speed boat with a skipper who can take you to secret coves accessible only by boat. The crystal clear waters offer exceptional snorkelling. In peak months it will be necessary to book (full details will be provided).
